On board Private tours Season Tickets |
| On board | Is general access possible for everyone? |
| All passengers must, for safety reasons, be able to board the boat either independently or with assistance from relatives. We recommend guests with reduced mobility to start their tour at Holmens Kirke, where the staircase is wider and the handrail very stable. | |
| Are wheelchairs allowed on board? | |
| Unfortunately, wheelchairs cannot be brought on board due to safety regulations. All aisles must be kept clear, and there is no space for larger items on the boat. | |
| Are the boats open or covered? | |
| During summer, the selection of boats varies from day to day, and it cannot be guaranteed that only open boats operate on a given date. During the winter season, all passengers must sit indoors. Rain ponchos can be purchased for 10 DKK at the ticket booths and on board. | |
| Is safety equipment available? | |
| All boats are equipped with life jackets for all passengers, including special life jackets for children. | |
| May we bring food and drinks on board? | |
| Yes, you are welcome to bring your own refreshments. We kindly ask all passengers to show consideration for others when enjoying food and drinks on board. | |
| Is there a toilet on board? | |
| There is no toilet on board our boats. In Nyhavn, we refer guests to the public toilets at the end of the harbor. | |
| Can we bring strollers, bicycles, or luggage? | |
| Strollers, prams, bicycles, and large luggage are not allowed on board. All aisles must be kept clear for safety reasons, and there is no space for larger items. This also applies to suitcases. Thank you for your understanding. | |
| Are dogs allowed on board? | |
| It is entirely up to the captain to decide whether it is safe to bring a dog on board. The captain may refuse dogs at any time. | |
| Private tours | Can I rent a boat for a private event? |
| Yes, you are welcome to contact us via the “Rent a boat” page if you wish to rent one of our boats for a private event. | |
| What are the payment terms for private tours? | |
| Payment must be received no later than one week after the booking has been completed. If you cancel after receiving the confirmation, 50% of the invoiced amount will be refunded. If you cancel more than 14 days before the tour, the full amount will be refunded. | |
| Season | When do you operate? |
| We operate harbor tours all year round. During the winter season (October to March), we sail with two to three boats daily. During the summer season, we operate between four and seven boats each day. | |
| Tickets | What is the ticket price? |
| The ticket price is 80 DKK for adults (15 years or older) and 40 DKK for children aged 3–14. Children aged 0–2 travel for free but must sit on an adult’s lap. | |
| Which payment methods do you accept? | |
| You can pay with cash, credit cards, and MobilePay at the ticket booths in Nyhavn and at Holmens Kirke. Public institutions may also pay using an EAN number. | |
| Do you offer group discounts? | |
| Yes, we offer a 10% group discount for groups of 15 people or more. We currently only sail from Nyhavn. Look for the small white ticket booth opposite the restaurants. |
